Learn about cnc milling chips

Milling is the mading process using a cutter to remove the material that creates the finished product surface. And as a popular tool in the machining process, there are now a variety of milling cutters with a variety of designs and structures. To learn more about how to use CNC milling chips , let’s learn through the article below.

What is the milling process?

Milling consists of various types of operations and machines, on a scale from small parts to large, heavy gang milling operations. This is one of the most commonly used processes for processing custom parts to the correct tolerances.

Milling can be done with a variety of machine tools. The original machine tool for milling was the milling machine (commonly known as the crusher). After the advent of computer number control (CNC) in the 1960s, milling machines developed into a center : Milling machines are enhanced by automatic tool changeer, magazine tool or conveyor belt, CNC capabilities, cooling system and casing. Milling centers are generally classified as vertical work centers (VMC) or horizontal work centers (HMC).

Current CNC milling chips

APMT milling chip

– APMT milling chips are used to mill 90° vertical edges with angular radius of R0.40; R0.66; R0.70.

– Machined types are: Contour milling, face milling, niche milling, spiral milling, groove milling …

The workable types of APKT pieces

– Echaintool APMT milling chips can mill materials such as: steel; stainless steel; cast iron; heat-able alloys (titanium, inconel); post-heat steel; aluminum, copper,… (non-metallic material).

– The tool has a very high durability age and for beautiful polishing surfaces.

– Coating is coated according to PVD and CVD technology, for high hardness, good wear resistance, high chip fragment durability.

– High labor efficiency, competitive price. Bring maximum benefits to customers.

DCMT ; DNMA; DNMG milling chip

DCMT; DNMA; DNMG is used conveniently outside, convenient to hook holes,… on the CNC erthethe.

– These DCMT; DNMA; DNMG; DNUX pieces of LAMINA can be convenient materials: steel; stainless steel; cast iron; heat-able alloys (titanium, inconel); post-heat steel; aluminum, copper,… (non-metallic material).

– The tool has a very high durability age and for beautiful polishing surfaces.
